Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are flat rate cost

New Zealand $6.00

Australia $16.00

Customers can view the shipping cost for their order during checkout. Estimated Delivery Times: We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.  

But we aim to have to parcel delivered by 7-8 working days in New Zealand

And 8-10 Working days to Australia.

Click in Collect/Store Pickup order will be processed within 1 working day, unless stock is unavailable

Tracking Information: Once an order has shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information. They can also view the tracking information by logging into their account on our website.

International Shipping: We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia addresses

Shipping Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or on New Zealand Public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer error.
